This housing development is composed of duplex, and multiplex buildings. This housing typologies reflect existing housing ground’s district and they are fully integrated in the environmentally area of interest A2, respecting the prospective view from Torre d’Amore street.
Car parking and storages are in the underground. We have adopted energy efficiency solutions, and also gardens and leisure facilities that are able to create a sense of community and housing comfort. Area: 4.395 square meter, building volume 8.337 cubic meter.
