Rethinking about what is “luxury” depending on the user. In this case, we had to re-think about a particular category, visually impaired people, designing an apartment-prototype able to give them the feelings and perceptions negated by blindness. The apartment has an absolute curvilinear shape that works as guideline. Furthermore, the interior wall’s skins works as sensorial guide that offers the chance to feel sounds, temperature, and outside’s environment. The balcony has a narrowing at the beginning and a maximum opening at the end in order to emphasize the outside perception.
